HighTec Log Archiver

The HighTec Log Archiver provides you an easy way how to collect all error log files into a zip archive. You can open the HighTec Log Archiver wizard from the menu Utilities  HighTec Log Archiver.

On the first page of the wizard, you can choose which log files you want to include in the output archive. On the next page, you can specify how to handle the output archive.

Output folder

You can use this field to specify your custom output directory. The archiver sets your workspace location as the default value.

Resolved path

The final location where the output file is stored. The Log Archiver resolves the relative path based on your workspace location.

File name

Use this field to specify the output file name.

Output file extension

You can choose between two kinds of output file extensions. By default, the archiver use the .zi_ extension. We prefer this option for the email attachment. If you uncheck the Use zi_ extension option, the archiver save the file with the standard .zip extension.

Output archive action

  • Save archive to file enables to save the output archive by click to btnFinish button, into a defined location.

  • Drag and Drop archive enables the Drag and Drop area.

Drag and Drop

You can drag and drop the output archive into your email or local filesystem by dragging the ico zip 32 icon.
