IDE update

Once you have installed the HighTec IDE development platform, you can apply the latest update by following these steps:

  1. Check Available Software Sites from menu Window  Preferences  Install/Update

  2. Check if new update is available (Help  Check for Updates)

  3. If new updates are available, set the update you want to install and click btnNext

  4. Enlarge the Details window to see all the details (fixes, new features, compatibility notes, …​) of the selected update. Review the content of update and click btnNext

  5. Accept the terms of the license agreement and click btnFinish

NOTE: The Security Warning window can pop up during the installation. If that happens, click the btnInstallAnyway to finish the installation.
