Report Runtime Exception

In the case of something went wrong, and the IDE triggers Runtime exception, you can report this problem directly to us, the HighTec IDE developers.

  1. Click the btnNext button on Error Reporting wizard

  2. Select Create logfiles archive for attachment and I agree to send the report and click btnSend. Optionally you can set the option ` I can be reached back for more details on the issue`.

  3. The HighTec Log Archiver and the new email message window pop up. Select all log files in the HighTec Log Archiver wizard (we prefer all) and click btnNext.

  4. Select Drag and Drop archive option

  5. Drag and drop created archive into opened email message.

  6. Click the btnCancel button on the Archiver wizard.

  7. Send email.

  8. DONE!
